Chambre magnifique , spacieuse belle salle de bains lit confortable , chambre silencieuse, tv parfaite avec chaînes étrangères , mini bar et eau à discrétion. Emplacement en face de la gare à 4 minutes à pieds réceptionnistes et concierges très attentif à nos demande . À recommander surtout sont emplacement au coin du Red district et quartier chinois

Great location, close to centraal station, tram and metro. Lots of restaurants around, especially the Asian food selections nearby (chicken ramen is very nice)! We had a family room with sofa that fits the 4 of us. Shower room ceiling is a bit low if you are over 170cm. Power outage in the area on our last day there but the staff was very helpful.

酒店在火車站對面的教堂邊，出行非常方便，去風車小鎮樂高小鎮及羊角村都非常方便。第一天給了我們臨街的房間很吵第二天勾通後馬上給換了。早餐很好，市區美景基本上都在酒店附近，就是不知道這個城市為什麼這麼髒，滿地都是垃圾。是我到過的歐洲最臟的城市

酒店服務良好，服務員很親切。在中央車站對面，很方便。隔離有幢斜嘅樓宇，很近。附近亦有一間很好吃的pancake店，大家不妨一試。

酒店位置非常便利，從中央車站出來一定要從老城區那一側出去，就在正對面了，隔了一條運河過橋便是。從中央車站去那兒都方便，所以約等於從酒店去哪兒都方便。房間很乾凈，每日清潔到位，就是我那一間房內需要上下樓梯，真心不方便，半夜迷迷糊糊時踩空一格最驚魂。酒店服務人員的英語在歐洲國家裡算特別好的，方便溝通。早餐有中國胃喜歡的食物，送的巧克力好美味。房間內有拖鞋，質量非常好。

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The location is good and close to the central station and 10-12 min walk to Dam square. Concierge staff (I think his name is Edwerd or Steve, the tall gentleman with white hair) was super helpful and assist us with all reservations and suggested wonderful attractions. The room was nice but with no view.

The hotel location is great, just in front of the train station. The only downside was the noisy pub street behind and since it is an old building, the noise insulation is limited. However, the service of the crew is impeccable and exceeded expectations. Nikki checked us in late at night and provided all that we needed. Stan was friendly and helped to sort out some miscomms. Finally Claire made the day with her recovery offer for some inconvenience. Breakfast was nice and came with Prosecco.

位置就在出了中央火車站往左前方看，雖然酒店比較老，維護也算OK吧，以為是個四星，Google上看到才知道是五星，體現在細節，比如早飯算很豐富的歐陸樣式，咖啡和不懂種類煎蛋都是在桌上點餐實現的，房間贈送的水是玻璃瓶的，服務員都很熱情。另外，雖然mini bar沒有價目表，但問了早餐服務員説是要收費的。唯一就是房間冰箱冰箱的噪音太大了，影響睡眠。雖然在鬧市區，這次房間不臨街也很安靜。
